Just some of Our AMAZING Volunteers on Committee

Toy Run Gauteng has had Ten's of thousands of volunteers over the years. From the founders from the Italian Motor Cycle Club (IMOC) through various service clubs (Round Table, Rotary, Rotoract, Ladies circle and Lions), Motorcycle clubs, business organisations, Recipients & private citizens. 

Here are just a few individuals that form part of the Toy Run organising committee.

Natasha started in 1998 whilst with ladies circle have convened toy collection and sorting for several years.
LiezelAssists trade stall convenor on the day.
Joined toyrun in 2012 assists trade stall convenor on the day. Distribution recipient in del fouche.
HobbsIrene start Convenor & Marshal Liaison.
Hobbes attended first toyrun in 2012 joined committee in 2013 currently convenor for Irene start and 2ic to head Marshal. Shortly to become head marshal when the current head marshal moves away from Joburg.
Pete Beart
Pete BeartChairman, End Venue & Trade stalls Convenor
Joined in 199? whilst with Round Table. Performed all portfolios current committee chairman, end venue and trade stalls. Also trustee of the Gauteng MotorCycle Toyrun Trust.
Joined in 2000? has been secretary and Info centre manager on the day for many years.

Joined in 199? Various Marshalling duties now head marshal. Big Shoes to fill when he moves away shortly.

Shaun FineIn Memorium
Fine Sadly Passed away during 2020 but was for many years Chairman of the organising committee and Regalia (shirts and badges) convenor. The committee revived the annual Distribution run done by members of the committee personally in memory of Fine. The Shaun Fine memorial run will continue to distribute a small portion of the gift collected in memory of a great friend to us and the Organisation.
