2023 Toy Run Year Bar

This is a make to order offer for the Official Motorcycle Toy Run Year Bars for 2023 Toy Run - Gauteng.

In the past Motorcycle Toy Run Trust has carried the expense of printing regalia in bulk and reselling for our loyal supporters at the Toy Run End venue.

Unfortunately, this is no longer possible in the economic climate post COVID19, therefore all regalia orders are made to order.

1. Fill your cart here on the website.
2. Proceed to checkout, submit details to us Name, Email, telephone number.
3. Choose your delivery option and complete checkout.
4. You will receive a Order Confirmation Email. Your status is now Awaiting Payment
5. Your order will need to be paid via EFT to our ABSA account. Using your Order Number as payment reference for recipient. The details will be included on your order confirmation email.
6. A trustee will reconcile the bank account with Order Numbers. You will receive an email updating you on your order status from Awaiting Payment to Payment Received.
7. Come to the Regalia tent at Toy Run Gauteng at Benoni Northerns Sports ground on 26th November 2023 with your ID (driver's license, passport, id card or book) or Order Number to collect your order.

Please note: 

Orders placed on or after Friday 17th November 2023 will not be guaranteed to be ready for collection at Toy Run 2023 end venue.

1. Once you confirm your order in the online store you will receive a order confirmation email that includes banking details for EFT payment to ABSA.
2. Please. Use your Order Number that is included in your order confirmation email.
3. If we cannot reconcile the Order Number on the ABSA account statement, we cannot release your order. No stock will be reserved.
4. In the event you do not use your Order Number the transfer may be considered a donation to the charity with no refund or goods to you.

1. We will endeavor to have your order available to collect at the end venue on Sunday 26th November 2023. 
2. In order to collect your order, you will need the Identification Document (ID) (driver's license, passport, id card or book) for the person whose name is on the order. 
3. Failure to collect at the end venue may result in the loss of your order.
4. You have up to 2 weeks to arrange collection of your order from the End Venue Convenor (Pete) who can be contacted on 063 689 3700.
5. Failure to collect after this 2-week grace period may result in the loss of your order.
6. Courier orders with confirmed receipt of payment will be packed and shipped asap upon receipt of stock.

Toy Run Regalia is now made to order due to economic times, NO returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
